Major Incident Tracking - Gateway

Resolved - Gateway is now Operational.

It was identified that a momentary loss of power at the point of distribution within the co-located data center had caused the vast majority of our hardware to be taken offline. After verifying power stability with the data center, JAGGAER began the process of fully verifying both data integrity and systems integrity before beginning the work necessary to restore application availability.

Major Incident Tracking - VPN

Resolved - VPN service should be accessible again. It appears that the same bug identified a few weeks ago has reappeared. Pulse Secure says it will be addressed in the next server OS release, which is scheduled to be released this week. Thank you all for your patience.
